Notre entreprise est-elle tenue d’accorder une indemnité de bicyclette ?
À partir du 1er mai 2023, la loi l’exigera. L’indemnité de bicyclette est une incitation supplémentaire à prendre le vélo et, jusqu’à 0,27 euro par kilomètre, elle est totalement exonérée d’impôt.
Si votre entreprise payait déjà une indemnité vélo avant le 1er mai 2023, il n’y a aucune obligation de l’augmenter à 0,27 € et vous pouvez choisir de conserver le montant actuel. En outre, l’indemnité vélo est limitée à un maximum de 40 km par jour, mais les entreprises sont autorisées à s’en écarter. Il conviendrait alors de l’inclure dans la politique cycliste.
