Are there any current recall actions?

Yes, there are. When we become aware of a recall, we always do our best to check whether any of our cyclists are affected and to inform them accordingly.

Below is a list of the recalls we are currently aware of. Note: this list may not be complete, but we keep it up to date with the information we have.

1. Ellio Max

• The front fork needs to be replaced, this will be done via the bike dealer.
• Affected cyclists need to register.
• Ellio does not provide compensation or a replacement bike.

2. DT Swiss

• The recall applies to the following series:
  • ERC with 35mm and 45mm rim height
  • CRC with 35mm and 45mm rim height
  • HEC with 45mm rim height
• The impact is unclear as these parts are used by several brands. As a result, we’re unable to determine ourselves whether our cyclists are affected.

3. Cowboy C4 ST (Edition MR)

• Cowboy will contact affected cyclists directly.
