What should I do in case of damage?

Notify us immediately. You can do so via the My.Cyclis tool, via insurance@acceptatie.cyclis.be or by phone on +32 11 730 115 – option 2.

Go to your local bike shop and ask for an estimate of the repair costs and have photos taken of the damaged parts. Make sure your bike’s frame number is on the specifications. You or the bike dealer should provide us with this data via the tool. Once the insurer gives its approval, the dealer can repair the bike.

If a third party is involved, you should have a police report drawn up or fill in the European Collision Form. You can use the same form that applies to cars. Both the police report and the collision form must mention your bike’s frame number.
