When can I get a replacement bike?

When you face a claim or if your bike was stolen:

• • From day 3 after submitting your insurance file to our insurer.
  • You can use the replacement bike for up to 38 days (depending on availability).
  • You make the request to one of the Cyclis staff with whom you are already in contact about the insurance dossier.
  • The bike including ART2 lock and Cyclis pannier will be delivered and collected from your home or place of work.
  • There are three types of replacement bikes: e-bikes, speedbikes and cargo bikes*.
  • This support service is completely free if the general conditions are met.

*Speedbikes for those leasing a speedbike, cargo bikes for those leasing a cargo bike and e-bikes for all other types of leased bikes.
